At TBH Sterling Inc. we have developed an organized system of delivery that allows us move efficiently through your project with as few surprises as possible.  In short we have a plan for how and when we will complete your project, before we even start.

We have architects and designers that we work with, but we are happy to work with your design professional as well.  We like to take a team approach to each project and work together with the homeowner and the design professional to get the most out of your project.

We taylor our system to fit each project, ensuring an individualized approach in all aspects of your project.  Each project is assigned a Lead Carpenter who will manage the project from beginning to end, ensuring continuity throughout.  Your lead carpenter will be supported by the Production Manager who will provide oversight and managerial assistance throughout our process. 

TBH Sterling Inc. will present a fixed price, a written contract and a schedule prior to the beginning of your project.  We hold biweekly meetings with our clients to create a forum for the voicing of questions, concerns, and to discuss progress on your project.
